Snagit 2019: Keyboard shortcuts for video capture

• Start Capture: CTRL-SHIFT-W

These ones are set by default:

• Start Recording: Shift+F9
• Pause/Resume Recording: Shift+F9
• Stop Recording: Shift+F10
